OUR PARTNERS

The Long Island Sound is one of the most diverse and beautiful ecosystems on Planet Earth. Its waters are under constant threat from climate change, pollution and more.    Boat Wash is creating relationships with organizations that support conservation, water quality, species protection and climate action. Through fundraising, awareness initiatives and sponsored events,  we aim to do our part in helping further their missions. 

The Boat Wash has partnered with Save the Sound, a leading environmental nonprofit that takes on broad, significant environmental issues to create lasting change that protects the land, air, and water of the whole Long Island Sound region. 

 Drawing on 50 years of experience, Save the Sound is protecting and restoring our environment through habitat restoration, hands-on science, legislative advocacy, and legal action; inspiring our community to action and building diverse coalitions to get results. They see to it that environmental laws are enforced; advocate for policies that protect our region’s special places, wildlife, and public health; and make an impact with on-the-ground projects. 

 A portion of our proceeds will be donated to Save the Sound so that we can ensure the Long Island Sound will be enjoyed for many generations to come!
